Y!mLite is a Yahoo! Chat client programmed using the Delphi programming language. It is, by far the most stable 3rd party client i have seen to date, and I have never been booted since i started using it a year ago (althought it is still bootable on the server side).
Y!mLite has built in support for Voice and webcams. In fact Y!mLite is one of the only clients that has Voice support without the need for messenger to be pre-installed.. Even has a Voice-only ignore allowing you to still see what the chatter is posting in the room. Has shortcut buttons that can be programmed to your liking and auto-ignore to help catch bots and booters. One nice thing about Y!mLite is that users can share files between other Y!mLite users via p2p and has support for avatars.
Works best on Windows 2000 and XP, but I found it works just fine on 98 and possibly 95. Just make sure you have at least 25 megs of RAM if using the full version as opposed to the "mini".
[quoted from Chat Help Forums]Added Volume Bar, it should work if not, i'm sure someone will complain.
PMs box fixed, it now scrolls again.
You can now change the color of the box you type in, still to do some others.
Filters have been modified/upgraded slightly to copy with Digit's indian bot program it will be interesting to see the results.
File Transfer - Cancel button now works to stop the download:)
Debug Window also fixed, it should no longer give access violation errors due to the threading that was used, now uses EnterCriticalSection if you even cared
